Nasi-Goreng Interactive Softwares (ClientsManager, MiniShop, MiniBlog, MiniGallery) License Agreement

Single Use License
PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT ("LICENSE") CAREFULLY BEFORE PRESSING THE "AGREE" BUTTON. BY PRESSING "AGREE," YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, PRESS "DISAGREE" AND CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

1. License. The Nasi-Goreng Interactive softwares, documentations and Media accompanying this License whether on disk, on Server, in read only memory, on any other Media or in any other form (collectively the "Nasi-Goreng Interactive Softwares") are licensed to you by Nasi-Goreng Interactive Pte. Ltd. ("Nasi-Goreng Interactive"). The licenses granted herein are limited to Nasi-Goreng Interactive 's intellectual property rights in the Nasi-Goreng Interactive Softwares and do not include any other patents or intellectual property rights. You own the Media on which the Nasi-Goreng Interactive Software is recorded but Nasi-Goreng Interactive retain title to the Nasi-Goreng Interactive Softwares. The Nasi-Goreng Interactive Softwares in this package and any copies which this License authorizes you to make are subject to this License.

2. Permitted License Uses and Restrictions. This License allows you to install and use one copy of Nasi-Goreng Interactive Softwares on a single server at a time. This License does not allow Nasi-Goreng Interactive Softwares to exist on more than one server at a time. You may make one copy of Nasi-Goreng Interactive Softwares in any medium form for backup purposes only; provided that the backup copy must include all copyright or other proprietary notices contained on the original. Except as and only to the extent expressly permitted in this License or by applicable law, you may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of Nasi-Goreng Interactive Softwares. THE NASI-GORENG INTERACTIVE SOFTWARES IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN THE SITUATION IN WHICH THE FAILURE OF THE NASI-GORENG INTERACTIVE SOFTWARES COULD LEAD TO DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR SEVERE PHYSICAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE.

3. Transfer. You may not rent, lease, lend or sublicense the Nasi-Goreng Interactive Softwares. You may, however, make a one-time permanent transfer from one server to another providing the server is under the same domain as before.

4. Personal Information. Nasi-Goreng Interactive may cancel this License Agreement if it finds that the personal information you submitted is incorrect. It is your sole responsibility to keep Nasi-Goreng Interactive informed of any changes in your personal information. You may do so by contacting Nasi-Goreng Interactive via email: info@nasi-goreng.com.sg
Nasi-Goreng Interactive will use your personal information to validate your personal license rights, and to contact you with critical information related to Nasi-Goreng Interactive softwares. Nasi-Goreng Interactive will not disperse your personal information to third parties, except for situations where Nasi-Goreng Interactive is required to do so by law.

5. Instructional Guide. You may use, reproduce, and distribute the Instructional Guide that accompanies the Nasi-Goreng Interactive Softwares within your organization for internal purposes only. You may modify the Instructional Guide and redistribute the revised version within your organization for internal purposes only as long as you rename the revised Instructional Guide and you remove all Nasi-Goreng Interactive trademarks and logos from the revised guide.

6. Termination. This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from Nasi-Goreng Interactive if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License. Upon the termination of this License, you shall cease all use of the Nasi-Goreng Interactive Softwares and destroy all copies of the Nasi-Goreng Interactive Softwares.

7. Limited Warranty on Media. Nasi-Goreng Interactive warrants the Nasi-Goreng Interactive Softwares is work as it described on the instructional guide for the version you have. In the event of one or more Nasi-Goreng Interactive Softwares feature are fails, you should contact Nasi-Goreng Interactive, and either Nasi-Goreng Interactive will fix or replace it with the same or next following version for free.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties. YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE NASI-GORENG INTERACTIVE SOFTWARES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU. THE NASI-GORENG INTERACTIVE SOFTWARES IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. NASI-GORENG INTERACTIVE IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE NASI-GORENG INTERACTIVE SOFTWARES.
