ClientsManager designed for Project Based Freelancer or Service Oriented Business with clients oriented in mind. It helps to manage, record and analyze most of communication with clients such as project tracking, issue invoices and exchange document files. It also does your personal activities such as finance and calendar.

For you who works as a team, ClientsManager also can be use as a communications platform between you and your staff team.

Your ClientsManager application will be hosted in our fast dedicated server, it can be access via internet with unique URL such as: http://yourname.clientsmanager.com
If desired, you can use your own domain name instead.

ClientsManager work on server with PHP and Mysql environment, it can be installed on your web hosting server or on local server. To install you just need to put the ClientsManager folder on the server and access it via web browser. The application will need 'ioncube loader' which is included.

ClientsManager Version 1.1 does not come with customize invoice feature, it will be added on the next version. However, upon request we can customize the invoice layout for you at a small fee.

Your data stored on Mysql database with login and password protected, as long as you do not give away the password it would be safe in place. For critical data such as password it encrypted before stored on the database.

For leasing, we have dedicated application and database for each customer. There is no sharing database or application which will give you total isolation for privacy and safety.

ClientsManager is an online software, which can be access via the internet with a web browser. This certainly an advantage because it can be access on any platform: Mac, PC, Mobile phone and PDA with most of internet browsers.

Currently ClientsManager version 1.1 is available in English only. The Spanish, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese will be available on the future version. If you would like to see ClientsManager in other languange, please let let us know via email question.
